As the world took to social media to express its grief and memorialize Nelson Mandela’s iconic life, I helped launch a FRONTLINE Facebook timeline of Mandela’s life based on the film “The Long Walk of Nelson Mandela.”

The timeline covers nearly a century of history with extensive pictures, exclusive interviews and letters, and unforgettable excerpts from the film, and offered a social opportunity for people to share their thoughts and/or memories of Mandela and his impact on the world.
